● Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial & Retail. ● Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration. ● Have a positive connect and coordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions. ● Regular interactions with IPC’s, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions. ● Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners. ● Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities. ● Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects. ● Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction. ● Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial projects
