Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products
• Generate and follow up on leads for home loans / mortgage products
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion
• Maintain customer database and update call records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Candidate Profile:
• Valuable communication and convincing skills
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach
• Comfortable with tele-calling and customer interaction
• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products preferred
