Position Title : Inbound Sales Executive Department : Sales / Business Development Location : Govandi east, Mumbai Shifts : 6 Weeklyoffs in a Month/9-10 hours shift Industry : QSR / Food About the Role The Inbound Sales Executive (B2B) will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries from corporate and institutional clients in the food industry. The role focuses on converting inbound B2B leads into confirmed bulk and recurring orders, managing key accounts, coordinating cross-functionally for execution, and ensuring long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Handle inbound B2B enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and corporate portals Understand corporate client requirements such as bulk orders, corporate gifting, events, employee engagement, and institutional supplies. Prepare customized quotations, proposals, menus, and pricing as per corporate guidelines Follow up rigorously on inbound leads to maximize B2B conversions Close deals in line with approved pricing, margins, and credit policies Achieve assigned B2B revenue, conversion,



and account acquisition targets Customer Relationship Management ️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, procurement teams, admins, and decision-makers Act as a single point of contact for assigned B2B accounts Ensure high service levels, timely communication, and proactive issue resolution Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing corporate accounts Order Coordination Coordinate closely with production, operations, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth execution of B2B orders Ensure accuracy in PO details, pricing, taxes, delivery schedules, and invoicing Track order fulfilment and ensure adherence to SLAs agreed with corporate clients Support documentation requirements such as POs, GRNs, invoices, and credit notes Data & Reporting Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems Proficiency in MS E
