Key Requirements / Responsibilities
- 7–8 years of experience in PMO / Program Management with ownership of end-to-end product implementation programs.
- Mandatory experience / exposure on InsureMO platform preferably for General Insurance implementations
- InsureMO implementation including Product Setup, product configuration, workflow setup and execution is a must.
- Strong expertise in PMO governance including project planning, execution tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder governance.
- Manage complete implementation lifecycle — requirements, solutioning, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
- Good understanding of General Insurance domain (India) covering Policy Administration,



Underwriting, Claims, Renewals, and Distribution processes.
- Coordinate across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Vendors, and Implementation partners to drive seamless execution.
- Experience managing large-scale insurance/BFSI transformation or product implementation programs with multiple workstreams.
- Strong focus on program governance including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, budget monitoring, and escalation management.
- Hands-on experience in Hybrid delivery, JIRA dashboards, status reporting, and leadership communication.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution leadership skills in quick-paced delivery environments
