Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer (Tech Lead) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The role is hands-on while also providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices. Core stack includes Java, Spring Boot microservices, and AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performing applications using Java and Spring Boot

• Build and manage microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability and scalability

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate

• Implement and manage build and deployment processes using Gradle

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data structures

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps,



and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Leverage AWS cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and system challenges

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for junior developers

• Drive adoption of best practices in coding standards, architecture, and design patterns

• All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Java (8 or above) in enterprise application development

• Proven experience building Spring Boot microservices architectures

• Experience working with JPA/Hibernate

• Hands-on experience using Gradle for build automation

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems

• Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance optimization

• Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
