We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Founder | TWH Furniture TWH Furniture is looking for a smart, proactive and highly resourceful Executive Assistant to the Founder to work closely with the founder across business, administration, client relationships, networking and market research. This is a dynamic role for someone who is extremely well-connected, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys getting things done. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, speaking to clients and industry professionals, coordinating meetings, conducting research and representing the founder professionally. What You’ll Do Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments and day-to-day schedule Handle and coordinate administrative tasks and follow-ups Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, vendors and other business associates Assist in building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers,



developers and other industry professionals Proactively help set up meetings and introductions with architects and designers Assist with recruitment and hiring — sourcing talent, coordinating interviews and following up with candidates Draft and manage emails, communications and correspondence Conduct market research on the furniture, interiors and design industry Keep the founder updated on recent furniture trends, materials, finishes, brands, designers, competitors and developments in the market Track relevant industry events, exhibitions, launches and networking opportunities Prepare presentations, reports and research documents whenever required Help organize information, maintain records and ensure important tasks and follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks that come up in the founder’s day-to-day work Who We’re Looking For We are not overly focused on degrees or higher education .
