- 6-12 years of experience in technology roles with a robust focus on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in financial services, preferably in compliance, surveillance, or risk domains.
- Strong coding skills in Python is a must.

· Good to have a hands-on design and development experience (azure, databricks, spark)

· Have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), MLOps practices,



and cloud platforms (Azure MCP, Azure AI Foundry).
- Strong foundation in data science, statistics, and algorithmic modeling.

· hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model context protocol (MCP), and Vibe coding for AI model optimization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and capital markets is good to have
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
