About the Opportunity
A quick-growing early education staffing platform serving top pre-primary and kindergarten centers across Bangalore, we connect passionate educators with high-impact roles in nurturing, safe, and structured learning environments. Our network supports centers in Sarjapura Road, Chikkathirupati Road, and surrounding areas, focused on child-centered pedagogy, play-based learning, and social-emotional development for children aged 2–6 years.

Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily play-based and structured learning activities aligned with age-appropriate developmental milestones for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Support classroom routines including circle time, story sessions, arts & crafts, sensory play, and outdoor activities under senior teacher supervision.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and positive behavior.
- Observe and document children’s progress, interactions, and milestones; communicate observations to lead teachers and parents as needed.




- Collaborate with teaching staff on lesson planning, activity preparation, and classroom management strategies.
- Promote inclusivity, emotional safety, and gentle discipline techniques in line with the center’s philosophy and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Early Childhood Education certification (Diploma/CTE/CTC/ECCE) or B.Ed with Early Years specialization
- Experience working with children aged 2–6 in a preschool or playgroup setting
- Proficiency in classroom activity planning and execution using Montessori, Play Way, or similar methods
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (or Hindi)
- Experience with child safety protocols, hygiene practices, and emergency response basics
- Comfortable with on-site work and flexible scheduling including early morning and late afternoon hours
- Preferred
- Experience with digital documentation tools (Google Forms, simple LMS platforms)
