Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)

• Integrate Salesforce, BigQuery, and external systems (batch & real-time)

• Implement and optimize Salesforce Bulk API upserts for large datasets

• Develop SQL-based transformations, validations, and data quality checks

• Build error handling, logging, auditing, and alerting mechanisms

• Implement reprocessing strategies for failed records in ETL/API workflows

• Support OpenAir → Certinia PSA migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation

• Create reusable mappings, mapplets, and taskflows for standardization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting

Required Qualifications:





• 6+ years of experience in Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)

• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (Bulk API, REST API, upserts using external IDs)

• Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery

• Strong SQL skills (joins, transformations, performance tuning)

• Expertise in error handling, logging, and failed record reprocessing

• Solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts Preferred

• Experience with Data migration

• Experience in building reusable integration frameworks

• Informatica / Salesforce / GCP certifications
