Job Description

We are hiring experienced US Healthcare Recruiters for our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, follow-ups, and end-to-end recruitment for clinical and allied healthcare roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements

• Work on roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy

• Review resumes, licenses, certifications, availability, pay expectations, and work eligibility

• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview schedules, follow-ups, and onboarding support





• Maintain candidate records, submissions, and updates in CEIPAL or ATS

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience required

• Experience working on nursing, allied health, therapy, pharmacy, lab, or imaging roles preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare licenses, certifications, compliance, and staffing process preferred

• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills required

• Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, MSP, or VMS platforms preferred
