Lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the design and development of FMS Products.



Collaborate across Honeywell Aerospace engineering teams and create solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have the ability to make a significant impact as a part of highly engaged teams.

Mentor and inspire engineers to develop creative products and technologies. Effectively solve complex engineering problems and work with highly talented engineers to deliver exceptional solutions.

Job Expectations:
- Interact with Software lead and Systems Engineers to clarify requirements and work the high-level software design.
- Ensures design adheres to architecture, works with first-time right mindset to meet customer and human factors requirements.
- Identify technical design risks early-on and provide mitigation actions.
- Communicate effectively with functional leads/team members and other stakeholders to arrive a common architecture goal.
- Able to take decisions on Systems design level changes independently and translate them to detailed
