This role is designed for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn digital campaigns into measurable sales outcomes.
You will lead revenue-focused marketing initiatives spanning email, content, lead nurturing, and conversion funnels.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple digital channels.
You will work closely with sales teams to align messaging, strengthen customer journeys, and improve funnel performance.
Data will play a central role as you monitor campaign KPIs and continuously optimize for stronger results.
The ideal candidate is an excellent English communicator with solid copywriting skills and a clear understanding of the U.S. market.

Accountabilities

- Partner closely with sales teams to align campaign messaging, improve lead engagement, and strengthen overall funnel performance.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, conversion rates, and ROI, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns through approaches such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, messaging refinement, and funnel experimentation.
- Manage and leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and similar tools.
