Shift timings: US Shift

Role and responsibilities:

o Prepare banking documents and related amendments for review

o Prepare bank account opening/closing documentation

o Prepare bank documents for the investment of funds

o Participate in the bank account funding and payment processes

o Investigate incoming & outgoing transaction issues

o Provide daily bank balances & request necessary funding for undervalued & overdrawn accounts & investment options

o Complete remediations/reviews on bank accounts as received from the bank

o Administration of online banking platforms

o Maintain various excel logs

o Systematically file documents and updates electronically to provide real time access to transaction status

o Download and file bank statements on as needed basis

o Liaise with the banks as required to perform various job functions

o Liaise with internal and external clients as required

o Recognize any discrepancies in documentation and before proceeding, notify relevant team member or Head of Banking & Cash Management
