- Lead and manage a 25+ member pan-India Secretarial & Legal Compliance team, with direct oversight of the Delhi NCR functionn
- Own end-to-end client delivery, quality, timelines, escalations and customer experiencen
- Act as a senior technical advisor on:n
- Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standardsn
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliancen
- FEMA, FDI and ODI mattersn
- Fundraising and transaction-related compliancesn
- ESOPs, CCPS, CCDs and cap-table mattersn
- Private placements, rights issues and preferential allotmentsn
- Due diligence and corporate restructuringn
- Board and shareholder mattersn
- Trademark and allied legal/regulatory mattersn
- IPO readiness and pre-listing compliance supportn
- Lead fundraising and corporate transactions, including private placements, debt issuances and associated regulatory filingsn
- Serve as a senior point of contact for founde
