What you’ll do:
- Lead the exploration and development of strategically driven packaging concepts, pushing creative boundaries to uncover compelling ‘big ideas’ that resonate with consumers and support brand growth.Collaborate closely with Design Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver creative packaging solutions that balance creativity, commercial objectives, and production feasibility.
- Champion design thinking throughout the creative process, evaluating and refining concepts while integrating brand strategy, consumer insights, visual identity, typography, colour, structure, and packaging graphics into cohesive design systems.
