Deloitte is actively hiring for Project Management Specialists (PMO) experienced in the Banking / Financials Services Industry. Candidates will need to have the requisite years of PMO experience to be eligible for the role as mentioned above. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborating with various department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables aligned to their respective project roles and skillsets.

• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Decision makers.

• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.





• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

• Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the project lifecycle. Transformation and Framework: • Possessing an excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.

• Having a thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of banking and an understanding of how change drives perks for business, its customers, and other stakeholders. Project Management Expertise:

• Understanding Project Management principles and methodologies, Agile framework and deliverables.

• Having exposure to PMO Services and understanding of PMO Function. •
