Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service delivery for Retirement operations within the BCM vertical, ensuring consistent performance against SLAs and client expectations.

Lead a team of associates and team leads, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Risk, and Technology to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.

Monitor operational metrics and dashboards to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
