Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have • End-to-end SAP delivery management across full program lifecycle (Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, Run) • Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs • Program governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting • P&L; ownership, revenue accountability, and financial management of engagements • Resource management, onboarding execution, and pyramid management • ITIL/ITSM discipline and SAP engagement fundamentals • Risk & issue management, escalation handling, and mitigation planning • Vendor & third-party management within complex delivery ecosystems





Good-to-Have • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills • Robust software engineering background with SAP technical depth • Hands-on experience with large project and program management methodologies • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset • Great business acumen and commercial awareness

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 A strong SAP Delivery Leader should be able to produce/own the following outputs: o Delivery Plan + detailed Program Governance Framework o BCP + delivery risk/mitigation plan o Acceptance criteria + acceptance tests/reports/sign-offs o Cutover strategy + go-live readiness plan o Hypercare plan + exit criteria + handover to steady state (AMS) o Weekly governance pack (RAID, KPIs, delivery status) o Stakeholder communication plan and executive dashboards o Financial tracking, forecasting, and P&L; reporting
