Job Summary:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Craft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Conduct interviews through various mediums such as in-person, phone, and video
- Prepare and distribute recruitment tests including language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests
- Advertise job vacancies on careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms
- Provide details of qualified applicants to Hiring Managers
- Send job offer and recruitment emails, and respond to queries about compensation and advantages
- Monitor HR metrics like source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill
- Host recruitment events and participate in job fairs
- Collaborate with management to identify future staffing needs




- Provide guidance to new recruits and assist with onboarding
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Possess prior experience as an HR Recruiter
- Have a solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management
- Have a thorough knowledge of labor regulations
- Have experience working with resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and referral programs
- Have a sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Have exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
