Job Title: OpsRamp Project Manager

Job Summary:

The OpsRamp Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to the OpsRamp IT operations management platform. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and budgets.




- Identify and address resource constraints or conflicts.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Post-Implementation Review:
- Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Document best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT operations or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with OpsRamp or similar IT operations management tools is a plus.
