Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS D 365 CRM Technical Lead to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This includes overseeing the technical team, managing system configurations, developing custom solutions, and ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of CRM technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Lead the technical team in designing and implementing MS D365 CRM solutions.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure the quality of the solution by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.





· Provide technical support and training to the team and stakeholders on the MS D365 CRM platform.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in D365 Customer Engagement Apps

· Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript

· The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Model Driven App

· Familiarity with Azure Integration Services

· Knowledge of Power Pages

· Proficiency in ASP.Net

· Experience in Solution Design

· Familiarity with Power Automate

· Knowledge of Design Thinking

· Experience in Agile Safe

· Proficiency in .Net C#

· Understanding of SQL Server and database management
