About the Role
As an HR Business Partner,
you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to the Igloo’s India office. Your primary focus will be on talent management, employer branding, and HR operations. You will collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to ensure the implementation of effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive changes.
Responsibilities:
Talent Development and Performance Management
- Design and implement talent development programs to nurture and enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and career paths.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key positions.
- Provide coaching and guidance
