Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, and in generating data-driven insights.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, rapid-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex programs and projects.
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Python scripting, working with LLM APIs, prompting frameworks,



or building customized AI agents/assistants).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
