Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-looking Full Stack Engineer – Oracle Cloud OICS & VBCS to join the engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, managing, and supporting Oracle Cloud integrations and extensions using OICS, VBCS, BIP Reporting, REST Services, PL/SQL, Python, Java, and related Oracle Cloud technologies.

The role requires strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, end-to-end technical configuration, integration dependencies, and the behavior of large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. The candidate will work closely with business teams, Oracle support, cloud operations,



and development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Programme Background

The organization is undergoing a large-scale Finance Transformation programme to modernize finance operations and move towards a single cloud-based ERP and performance management landscape using Oracle Fusion, EPM, EDM, OICS, and related Oracle Cloud services.

The role will support critical finance transformation initiatives across reporting, integrations, cloud operations, customization, support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document reporting and integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into explicit technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews.
