Client Implementation and Integration Officer – Receivable Finance

Role purpose (overall high-level summary of the role)

This role will lead and drive BAU performance for corporate client onboarding, including application form preparation and delivery, testing, training, and user guidance on online transactions and revenue tracking. Working closely with GTS Sales and Implementation Managers, the role will help deliver agreed business objectives and contribute to revenue growth. It will also ensure a standardised approach, consistent and excellent customer service, robust risk control, and the effective management and development of the team.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

Customer Experience and Service Delivery

•

Lead and deliver onboarding projects within agreed SLAs, providing positive and professional experience for new customers and driving robust client survey outcomes.

Responsible for end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, providing effective,



tailored solutions and delivering digital onboarding objectives (e.g. first payment/ "first dollar in").

•

Resolve client queries via email and telephone in a timely and accurate manner, managing risks and issues effectively.

•

Monitor system performance and proactively notify customers on delivery delays and system-related issues.

•

Co-ordinate with global GTS teams (including International Service, Senior Account Managers, Sales, Product Management and Implementation) to maintain strong working relationships and resolve client requests, issues and escalations.

Maintain control standards and comply with Group Compliance Policy, including timely implementation of recommendations from internal/external auditors and regulators.
