Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Asset Management vertical to lead and develop our growing Asset Management capability within the Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role will provide line management, technical oversight, and project delivery support across a team of asset management professionals specialising in Integrity Management, Reliability Engineering, and Asset Advisory services.
Working closely with the global Asset Management & Advisory (AM&A;) leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building team capability, managing resources, supporting project delivery, and driving the growth of asset management services across multiple sectors of the power industry, including thermal generation, transmission and distribution, hydro, wind, and solar.
The role combines people leadership, technical excellence, project oversight, and business development support to ensure the GCC is recognised as a trusted delivery centre for global asset management projects.

Responsibilities




- Provide line management and leadership to GCC Asset Management personnel, including Reliability Engineers, Integrity Engineers, and Asset Advisory Consultants.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, development, mentoring, and performance management of team members.
- Manage resource planning and allocation to ensure effective support of global project demands.
- Oversee the technical quality and consistency of project deliverables produced by the GCC team.
- Support / lead delivery of asset management projects, including reliability studies, integrity assessments, asset health reviews, technical due diligence, and asset strategy development.
- Act as a senior point of contact between GCC teams and project managers across the wider AM&A; business.
