Role Overview
Omega Healthcare is seeking a strategic, commercially astute, and results-driven Vice President - Business Finance to serve as a key finance leader and trusted advisor to the executive team. This role will drive financial planning, business performance management, profitability improvement, investment evaluation, and strategic decision support across the organization.
The VP - Business Finance will partner closely with Business Unit Leaders, Operations, Delivery, Sales, Technology, HR, and Finance to provide meaningful insights that enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and value creation. The ideal candidate combines solid finance leadership with a deep understanding of healthcare services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), operational metrics, and business transformation initiatives.




This position requires an individual who can translate complex operational and financial data into actionable business decisions while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
- Act as the senior finance partner to Business Unit Heads and executive leadership, driving profitable growth and operational effectiveness.
- Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, business expansion opportunities, pricing decisions, client profitability, and investment evaluations.
- Develop long-range financial plans aligned with organizational growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Influence key business decisions through robust financial analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
- Support the Head of Finance and leadership team in strategic planning, annual operating plans, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
