Position Overview
The Facility Coordinator – Soft Services is responsible for managing and coordinating all soft services operations within assigned facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management capabilities, and basic technical knowledge to support seamless facility operations and enhance occupant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Soft Services Management
Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, waste management,
pest control, landscaping, reception services, and catering. Ensure all services meet established quality standards and contractual requirements. Conduct regular inspections to verify service delivery and identify areas for improvement. Manage service schedules and coordinate with vendors to minimize disruption to building occupants.
Vendor Coordination and Management
Serve as primary point of contact for soft services vendors and contractors. Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and KPIs. Review and approve invoices, tracking costs against budget allocations. Address service deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions when needed.
Basic Technical Support
Coordinate with technical services teams for minor repairs and maintenance issues. Perform basic troubleshooting of building systems including lighting, HVAC controls, and access systems. Log and track work
