Job Description
The Leader - Workforce Management & Insights is a senior leadership role within the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) organization responsible for defining and executing the enterprise workforce strategy to enable business growth, workforce agility, and operational excellence. The role leads workforce planning, talent supply-demand management, fulfillment, workforce analytics, reporting, and governance to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and capacity to meet current and future business needs. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the incumbent drives data-led workforce decisions, optimizes talent investments, and enables workforce transformation through actionable insight
