We are looking for a highly motivated and sharp Founder's Office – Growth & Operations Intern who will
work closely with the leadership team on high-priority business initiatives. This role will provide exposure to
different functions of the business and involve solving real business problems, driving projects and
supporting strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on key business initiatives and projects.
• Identify problems, break them down into smaller components and develop practical solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
• Work on projects across functions such as Marketing, D2C, Operations, Customer Experience, Sales,
Finance and Growth.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and business updates for the leadership team.
• Track key projects and ensure that action items and deadlines are followed up.




• Coordinate with different teams to drive projects from idea to execution.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Take ownership of specific projects and ensure timely execution.
• Assist the Founder's Office in preparing for meetings, reviews and business discussions.
• Handle ad-hoc business problems and assignments that require quick thinking and execution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and make the organization more efficient.
