Roles and Responsibilties:
- 15+ years of experience in Physician RCM in US healthcare.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager.
- Must have managed Physician RCM AR follow up Teams with a minimum team size of 80+
- Having experience in managing AR follow up (Physician)
- Thorough understanding on RCM functions (AR Follow up/ Charges/Claims/Eligibility/ Authorization/Payment posting/Credit balance).
- Exposure to client interactions.
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
