- Lead and supervise a team of VCIP process, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity benchmarks.Ensure timely execution of VCIP audits as per the guidelines and SLAs.
Monitor real-time queues, track daily performance, and provide necessary coaching or interventions.
Conduct regular audits and QC checks to maintain process integrity.
Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to customer issues.
Collaborate with IT/support teams in case of technical issues affecting the process.
Manage rostering, attendance, and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.
Generate MIS reports for RBL team and participate in review meetings.
Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Train current joiners and conduct refresher training sessions as required.
