Ensure, Review, check and implement Commercial Operations at zonal level for smooth, proper and accurate operation of business1. Ensure timely recording of the receipt of the materials and invoicing for sale of material across the zones.
2.Ensure correct rate master is updated as per the defined unit guidelines.
3.Fixation of secondary transportation rates.
4.Zonal sales tax & VAT assessments of all States/Regions within zone, including procuring, checking and availability of entry forms, issuance of e- forms, control over F, C- Form, monthly filing of returns.
5.Appointment of C&F; agent, Stockiest & Review of performance and commercial aspects.
6.Review of C&F; & stockist¿s agreement.
7.Review of Overdue (Ugai)
8.Distribution of dealers¿ scheme.
9.Control of invoicing or to be paid billed. Obtaining the PO copies from the non-trade parties, evaluation of tax implications.KRA2ZONAL COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS:
Ensure, Review,
check and implement Commercial Operations at zonal level for smooth, proper and accurate operation of business10.Assist marketing team to quote the rates in non trade business.
11.Assisting zonal head and Advertising head in spending and monitoring of advertisement budget for the zone.
12.Ensure Advertising materials distribution and finalization of rates.
13.Advt. gift articles, tour negotiations at Zonal Level.
14.Ensure correct amount is released as per the company¿s defined incentive/discount scheme.
15.Proper physical verification of company¿s assets.
16.Issuance of Credit/Debit Note.
