Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Improvement • Drive improvements in sales conversion, ARR, attachment rates, and other revenue-focused metrics.
- Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions for low and mid-performing agents.
- Create targeted development plans for agents with sales performance gaps.
- Monitor coaching effectiveness and track performance improvements.

Coaching & Development:
- Deliver structured sales coaching using observation-based feedback.
- Conduct side-by-side coaching, call listening sessions,



and live interventions.
- Build and execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified agents.
- Support new hire nesting and early tenure performance improvement.
- Facilitate refresher training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Quality & Sales Governance:
- Partner with Quality teams to identify key sales opportunities and behavioral gaps.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Operations and Quality.
- Review call audits and customer interactions to identify coaching opportunities.
- Ensure coaching documentation is maintained and tracked effectively.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Quality teams to drive sales performance initiatives.
- Present performance insights and coaching impact during business reviews.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements impacting sales outcomes.
