Overview

The Integration and Data Intelligence Delivery Lead serves as a hands-on technical leader—specializing in Ellucian Banner and Colleague higher education ERP environments—responsible for ensuring high-quality technical delivery,



developing technical talent, and maintaining delivery consistency across the local technical team.

This role operates as a player-coach, balancing direct client delivery responsibilities with leadership responsibilities that support team performance, technical excellence, and operational consistency. The Team Lead partners closely with the Practice Director, Project Managers, and Functional Leaders to ensure technical resources are effectively deployed, delivery risks are identified early, and technical solutions align with client needs.

This role is responsible for elevating technical execution while fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and scalable delivery practices across the team.
