Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Track and validate inbound leads for a staffing business and share the validated leads with the Sales team for further action. Monitor conversion / progress.
- Use Agency Leads site to find clients with open roles, use templates to create emails to send to contacts and track responses
- Engage prospects via email, calls, or other agreed channels to keep them engaged until sales readiness.
- Schedule appointments and strategy meetings for Business Development Managers or Sales Executives
- Move qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely handoff
- Perform due diligence for web lead requests received from different recruiters/sales teams.
