Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
As the Procurement Management Specialist, you thrive on working with your team to provide procurement expertise to assist stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.

Key requirements include:

Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market activities, including RFx events.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and provide actionable market insights.
Strong expertise in spend analysis and spend management to identify opportunities and drive value.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, Commerce, Procurement,



Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
Qualified procurement qualification such as MCIPS, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.
Experience with procurement and sourcing technologies (e.g., SAP 4 Hana, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP).
Knowledge of category management, supplier relationship management, and contract lifecycle management practices.
Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly regarded.
Experience operating in large, complex, global organisations with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercial outcomes.Job Description
