We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Technical Lead with robust expertise in Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) and Oracle Field Service (OFS). Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus. Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and customization of Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems.
- Design technical solutions and integration architecture.
- Configure OFS routing, scheduling, capacity management, and mobility modules.
- Customize Oracle Service Cloud workspaces, workflows, business rules, and portals.
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Required Skills
- Oracle Service Cloud (OSC): 8+ years
- Oracle Field Service (OFS): 5+ years
- Oracle CPQ: 4+ years (Good to Have)
- OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0
- JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, SQL
