Title: AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise Systems

Location: Remote (India) | Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

The Mission:

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the architectural governance and design of AI-driven capabilities within our backend ecosystem. You will be the technical visionary connecting CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), ERP (SAP/NetSuite), and iPaaS (MuleSoft/Workato) through intelligent automation and Agentic AI.

What You'll Do:

Govern & Design: Oversee the structural integrity of AI integrations across core enterprise platforms.

Bridge Ecosystems: Design seamless workflows between CRM, ERP, and iPaaS layers using REST/GraphQL and Event Streaming.

Deploy Intelligence:



Lead the deployment of LLM-powered workflows, predictive analytics, or Agentic AI systems in a production workplace.

Strategic Communication: Translate complex AI architectures into clear roadmaps for executive stakeholders and engineering squads.

What You Bring:

10+ Years in Enterprise Architecture or Systems Integration.

The Trifecta: Proven expertise across CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platform categories.

AI Delivery: Hands-on experience with production-grade AI (RAG, Agentic systems, or IDP).

Governance Mindset: Familiarity with AI privacy controls and secure SDLC practices.
