Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Enterprise SharePoint Platform Administration
- Lead administration and support of large-scale enterprise SharePoint farms consisting of 50+ servers across Development, QA, DR, and Production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain high availability SharePoint environments.
- Perform platform capacity planning, farm optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Define and enforce operational standards and best practices.

SharePoint Architecture & Governance
- Provide technical leadership for SharePoint platform architecture and roadmap.




- Establish governance frameworks covering:
- Site lifecycle management
- Security governance
- Content management
- Capacity management
- Compliance requirements
- Conduct architecture reviews and platform assessments.
- Drive modernization and migration strategies.

SharePoint Online & Hybrid Environments
- Manage and support hybrid SharePoint environments.
- Lead SharePoint Online adoption initiatives.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services including:
- Teams
- OneDrive
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Search
- Entra ID

Migration Leadership
- Lead enterprise migration projects from:
- SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
- Legacy collaboration platforms
- File shares
- Develop migration strategies, governance controls, and validation processes.
- Perform migration assessments using ShareGate or AvePoint tools.

Operational Support & Incident Management
- Serve as escalation point for crit
