About the Role

Roundglass
Creative Studio is looking for a detail-oriented Associate with a strong
interest in non-fiction storytelling, a grounding in documentary research and
production processes, and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced,
real-world environments.
The ideal
candidate will work closely with the Creative Lead and support the development
and production of films across the Studio. The role involves coordinating with
internal teams, programme teams, community members, contributors, and external
production crews through every stage of the filmmaking process — from story
discovery, research and validation to pre-production, field shoots,
post-production, and final delivery.
