As we continue to scale across General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and D2C, we're looking for a brand marketer who can help build the next phase of the Yogabar brand.
The Role
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Marketing team to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and execution across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand strategy and execution and is excited by the pace of a growing FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly brand plans.
- Translate brand strategy into impactful consumer campaigns and communication.
- Work on brand positioning, messaging and communication across consumer touchpoints.




- Ensure consistency of Yogabar's brand identity across channels.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, quick commerce and offline channels.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, influencers and internal teams.
- Develop campaign briefs, communication frameworks and creative briefs.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Track consumer trends, category developments and competitor activity.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable brand initiatives.
- Support current product development and launches from a marketing perspective.
- Work with R&D;, packaging, sales and commercial teams on new launches.
