Job Description:

Operations Head –Real Estate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time project delivery. Budget adherence and cost optimization. Compliance with legal and statutory requirements. Contribution to profitability and business growth. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead multiple residential and commercial real estate projects from planning through handover. Develop project execution strategies, detailed schedules, and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Monitor construction progress and resolve execution challenges proactively. Project Planning & Financial Control Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Oversee cost management, bill certification, contract administration, and vendor performance.



Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining project quality. Align operational decisions with the company’s profitability and P&L; objectives. Risk Management Identify project risks related to execution, legal matters, finance, quality, and timelines. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Implement best practices in project governance and operational controls. Quality, Safety & Operational Excellence Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular project reviews and operational audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution processes. Leadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and project management team.
