We are looking for an exceptional AI-Led Business Automation & MIS Manager to join The Retail Jeweller, a 21-year-old leading Media & Events organisation serving India’s Jewellery Industry.

We want to move from a traditional, people-driven organisation to a DATA-DRIVEN, AI-LED and MIS-DRIVEN organisation, where management can see what is happening across the business in real time and make faster, smarter decisions.

? ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Mumbai- Kurla

Work Model: Remote / Work From Home

The role is designed as a remote position with 1 day per week from our Mumbai office after the initial transformation phase.

However, during the first two months,



the candidate will need to work closely with the management team and spend significant time in the office to understand our business, systems, people, processes, data and digital transformation vision.

This is important because you will not simply be maintaining an existing MIS.

You will be building the MIS and AI-led management architecture of the organisation.

? YOUR MISSION

Build the Business Intelligence & Management Information System that becomes the nerve centre of The Retail Jeweller.

You will work across 6 major divisions and 40+ potential internal users, creating dashboards, automated workflows, data models, analytics and AI-led decision-making systems.

- Sales pipeline & target dashboards
- Client, product and revenue analytics
