The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team of insurance advisors/agents, achieving branch targets, and ensuring overall branch profitability and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency managers. Drive productivity and activation of agents. Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance management. Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned geography. Ensure consistent growth in business and market share. Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to operational protocols.



Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms. Conduct regular audits and checks on advisor performance and documentation. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 5–10 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the agency channel. Proven leadership and team management experience. Robust communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics. Knowledge of local market and geographical territory.
