As a Responsible AI Engineer, your day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established ethical, responsible, and sustainable standards. You will design and apply strategies to mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, ensuring that these systems operate within defined benchmarks. Your role requires continuous monitoring and assessment to uphold the integrity and accountability of AI implementations,



contributing to the development of trustworthy and compliant AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify potential ethical risks in AI systems and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices related to responsible AI across various project teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI systems with a focus on ethical considerations and responsible AI principles
