D365 F&O; Functional Consultant (SCM + Manufacturing)

Key Skills:

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; / Axapta (SCM + Manufacturing)

Minimum 6–8 end-to-end implementations in D365/AX

Expertise in:

Advanced Warehouse Management

Shop Floor Control

Inventory Management

Strong understanding of business process mapping & requirement gathering

Experience in project scoping, estimation, and solution design

Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance (at least 1 Indian project)

Experience in post go-live support and user training

Solid documentation and diagnostic skills

Responsibilities:





Analyze client requirements and map them into D365 F&O; solutions

Configure and implement SCM & Manufacturing modules

Conduct solution demonstrations and client workshops

Prepare diagnostic documents, effort estimates, and project timelines

Support pre-sales activities and client discussions

Troubleshoot issues using structured diagnostic approaches

Deliver post-implementation support and training

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills
