The Demand Generation & GTM Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing function’s FY26-27 shift from brand-led communication to demand generation, CoE-led go-to-market execution, sales enablement and campaign operations.
The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing B2B marketing campaigns across offerings, geographies and business units. The person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Units, CoEs, Design and Website teams to convert service offerings into market-ready campaigns, collaterals, landing pages, webinars and lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation and Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute targeted B2B demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, website and other digital channels.
- Support campaign planning for priority offerings, industries, geographies and buyer personas.
- Coordinate campaign calendars, outreach timelines, audience lists, creatives, content and follow-up actions.
- Track campaign performance including leads, MQLs, responses, meetings generated and follow-up status.




- Work with Sales / Inside Sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on campaign responses and leads.
- GTM and CoE Marketing Support
- Support go-to-market initiatives for 3i Infotech’s CoE-led offerings across key service lines.
- Convert CoE inputs into campaign briefs, sales enablement assets, website content, emailers, webinar themes and social media content.
- Coordinate with Business Units and Sales teams to gather inputs, proof points, use cases, target segments and campaign objectives.
- Help maintain offering-wise GTM kits including decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages and messaging notes.
- Sales Enablement
- Support creation and maintenance of sales enablement collaterals such as pitch decks, brochures, battlecards, offering notes and case studies.
- Ensure sales teams have updated and relevant marketing assets for campaigns, meetings, webinars and events.
