Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Meta Ads Associate to orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of Facebook and Instagram advertising initiatives. This hands-on position requires close collaboration with performance, creative, strategy, and account teams to transform client goals into tangible business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a holistic grasp of the marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—and will leverage data, customer insights, and rigorous experimentation to drive strategic decisions beyond easy campaign execution.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full spectrum of campaign management, including planning, deployment, and optimization for diverse objectives such as lead generation, sales, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager to configure campaign structures, define target audiences, allocate budgets, set bidding strategies, and manage placements.
- Construct and refine audience segments, including prospecting pools, retargeting lists, custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based groups.




- Drive performance improvements by analyzing key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), click-through rates, and conversion quality.
- Oversee technical implementation of tracking mechanisms, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event configuration to ensure accurate attribution.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative assets, copy variations, headlines, calls-to-action, audience segments, offers, landing pages, and budget allocations.
- Formulate hypotheses, establish success benchmarks, interpret test outcomes, document insights, and scale high-performing strategies while diagnosing and resolving underperformance.
- Partner with design, copywriting, and video production teams to create data-informed creative briefs that highlight compelling hooks, concepts, and formats.
