Role Overview

The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the complete admission lifecycle—counseling, follow-ups, conversions,



and enrollment. This is a target-driven role with solid incentives. The position does not involve lead generation; all leads are provided by the organization. The emphasis is on effective engagement, accurate guidance, and high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counseling & Lead Handling (Leads Provided)

∙ Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels.

∙ Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs.

∙ Provide accurate information on curriculum, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines.

∙ Maintain systematic follow-ups to ensure efficient lead nurturing and conversion.

2. Admissions & Enrollment Management

∙ Guide students through the entire application and enrollment process.

∙ Verify all required documents and ensure compliance with institutional g
